The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) was introduced in 2007 to provide affordable housing for the rental market in Australia.

The Federal and State Governments will provide significant tax free incentives to assist your invest in new property.

Property Asset Planning's Brian Chant explains the three ways to invest in property.

Brian Chant has been involved in the property investment industry for over 10 years and has recently obtained NRAS stock in South Australia.

Why invest in old property when with the NRAS approach you can invest in a brand new home, rent assured, and the Government will contribute $9,981 tax free every year for the first ten years.

NRAS 4 SA is a collaborative group working together to ensure you not only receive the finance but that your property is only rented to eligible tenants. We will not take you on as a client unless we can assure you that you will receive the finance if you meet the criteria.

Do you:

  • Earn $70,000 per year or more?
  • Own at least 50% equity in your home or know someone who is prepared to put their equity up for you?

Then you are eligible to purchase an investment property under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
